Flashing screen, force start doesn't work Charge 5

I have used Charge 5 for 3 months. The screen flashed for days and I ignored it. Now it has a complete blackout screen. I tried to force retart it many times and the screen just won't turn on. I can feel the vibration when it restarted without logo display. The sync and tracking works fine otherwise.

I appreciate all the information provided about the problem you're experiencing with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried the restart. 

 

As you mentioned, the three pulse restart method using the charging cable is usually helpful to resolve problems with the display. In addition, I would also recommend that you try changing to a different clock face to see if you continue to have the same problem.
