 My previous charge 5 was dead and I bought a brand new one. My previous free Premium subscription had already expired too. So on Dec 25 I requested a new free subscription for the new device and was immediately charged on my credit card. I disputed this payment on Apple Pay and was refunded. How can I have a free subscription for this new device?
