My charge 5 is frozen. The screen just shows the fitbit logo. I have done all of the things that the internet suggests, such as, closing app, turning off bluetooth, phone off/on, resetting fitbit using charger and pressing the button 3 times, logging in and out of fitbit app, setting up device, searching device, etc. nothing has worked. I’ve had my fitbit for less than a year. What can be done?

Hi, @Frozenwatch! Sounds like you've done all the right steps, The only other possibility I can think of is letting the tracker battery run down and then trying to power it up again. At this point, I would recommend getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly, since it sounds like your device should still be under warranty.
