Sorry - now fixed! I just had to remove the device from the charger after following the steps below. Then it unfroze!
My screen is stuck on a screen which is showing battery power and the clock. I have tried to unfreeze it by pressing the small button on the flat end of the charger. After a few seconds the Fitbit logo comes up as if it has rebooted but then the same screen just appears again and I can’t swipe anyway to get off it.
Please help!
