Had my fitbit almost a month now. Been on a constant deficit of over the amount suggested by analytics.
I log everything, keep track with as much possible information, and even with considerable deficit measurements, the scale repeatedly fluctuates between 2lbs lost - 3-4 gained.
i really dont understand what in the hell I am doing wrong. Is it slow metabolism? Is it water? Is fitbit just a huge lie? Am I just a huge failure?
i havent felt this good in a long time and the fitbit has helped me in finding happiness in how I feel, but “feelings” alone wont improve my health and situation.
im 435lbs, dropped to 434, up to 438, down to 436, up now to 439. I walk a bit for work, gym periodically (as schedule has been a bit hectic lately), and when I workout, im burning an additional 600 calories.
i cant eat too much because keeping sodium levels down is hard to do for me so I cant get the full days calories without GROSSLY overshooting the sodium consumption.
Im at the end of my rope and idk what to do anymore.
