The Charge 5 appears to be fundamentally flawed.
The biggest two gripes about this device are:
Failure to sync. Tried all the pointless remedies. Turn everything off, re-install everything. Within hours of having syncing working, it stops again. The quickest solution appears to be to bounce blue tooth on the phone and then it starts again; multiple times a day. Don't go blaming the phone, all other devices work fine and this is a common problem reported with all sorts of Android and Apple phones.
Failure to sleep / screen lighting up at night. Sorry, turn the screen to dim does not resolve the problem, surprisingly it just lights up less brightly (well one function works). Yes, tried many combinations of sleep modes, display auto/manual etc.
Acquired through a points based scheme, so it is not even easy to return.
