Hi - since the firmware upgrade (I think in Sept) I have huge issues with my Charge 5. in build-in module, if it cannot find a GPR then it blocks the device completely (not even steps are counted). If in Dynamic (note I do not carry the phone with me while jogging) then batter drains extremely fast; for a 50 min jog I need to make sure device is charge at least 50% - otherwise the device just dies.
This is extremely frustrating for a device that worked reasonably well before the update
let me know if there are any ways to improve, or at least a threshold to expect (for battery) before to do a 1 hour exercise that needs GPS.

I have a premium subscription, but I have a challenge with my device (after the last update it become unusable for exercises that last longer than 20 min, and requires GPS).
Is there any support channel - either than asking on communities? I am seriously considering dropping both my device and. subscription, and opt into an Apple device. At least there I can get to a store and fix it (if I pay). here if I pay I get nothing in terms of support - highly frustrating.
