Gps turns off during tracking activity

Charge 5 is sold with internal GPS. It Doesn't work properly. Even when linked to the phone app as suggested the GPS record is less accurate than other apps and therefore misleading. But your solution should work for those less concerned by the data provided and just enjoy the fun of tracking an activity.

It seems like the gps function of charges 5 is not accurate, I ride a bike today, the distance on google maps is shown 11km, but charge 5 is shown 3.1 km. I’m using build-in gps.

besides, i cant find charge 5 tracking on google map, i have no idea whether i am using iphone?
