Lost all friends when switched, no mention about that in advert to switch. My friends do not want to switch so I enquired on chat if I could switch back answer no asked why no information about this prior to switch. Jorge ended chat without answering. Tried adding photo of chat here but could not. Error code. All in all poor service and now left with a charge 5 that only speaks to me.
