What level of detail is given in a normal web based dashboard (i.e. on a PC) compared to having a premium subscription for the Charge 5? E.g. metrics like sleep stages, SpO2 levels, heart rate variability, breathing rate etc.

Hello @edheim

I very rarely look at the dashboard on my computer and prefer to look at the App on my iPhone but I think the information is pretty similar.

I don't have Premium and in the Health Metrics tab, I can see: Breathing Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Skin Temperature change, Oxygen Saturation and Resting Heart Rate.  These are all shown for 7 days, whereas Premium shows 30 days.  It should also be noted that you get one number for each night (if it measures it) and it can't be measured at will.

As for sleep, I can see sleep stages, a comparison to my 30 day average and a Benchmark for people of my age and gender.

I can't get a Daily Readiness Score or more detailed information about how my Stress Management Score is calculated (although I do get a score for this) because you need Premium for that.

I hope that helps you.

Hi Wibby,

Sorry, something that I missed when I read you post: "It should also be noted that you get one number for each night". I would appreciate if you could clarify what you mean by this. E.g. in the dashboard for my Charge 2, I see heart rate over the day averaged to 5min intervals. What is the case with the other metrics? My main interest is oxygen saturation.

Thanks.

Hello @edheim

I mean for Breathing Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Skin Temperature, SpO2, Resting Heart Rate, only one number is given per night.  SpO2 can't be measured on demand.

Here’s what mine looks like:

As you can see, it doesn’t always give you a number.

The heart rate is being measured constantly and is available for the whole 24 hours in the App as expected.

I hope that helps to answer your questions:
