So I don’t know if this has been answered but recently when I went to check my heart rate graph it’s not showing, like the graph that has the exercise zones and the minutes of peak graph in colour.
the picture isn’t mine but it’s what I’m talking about.

Hello @AllaHard
We'll do our best to help you with the problem you're seeing.
When was the last time the app showed your heart rate graph? Can you please share a screenshot of your heart rate page?
Is your Charge 5 showing your real time heart rate on the display?
Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 5? That's the heart rate sensor. To check it, place your finger across the back of the device. You should see the green light when you lift your finger.
If you don't see the green light, the first place to check is in the Settings tile on your Charge 5. Open the Settings tile and look to see if Heart rate is turned on. If not, tap on it to turn on the heart rate sensor.

The last time the app showed the heart rate graph I’m talking about was around 2-3 days ago.
This is what my heart rate page looks like now, my results still show but the graph i was talking about doesn’t and I mostly relied on it as it was easy to read. (My app used to show both graphs and now it’s only showing this pictured one).
My real time heart rate is showing on the display. The green light is showing on the back of my charge 5.

Hello @AllaHard
Thank you for sharing the screenshot and providing the additional info.
There's a thread in the Charge 6 forum (<-- click link) where users have reported issues with their daily heart rate graph. One of the Moderators posted that she has escalated the issue to the team. I notified her about your issue report.
You might want to follow/join that thread on the Charge 6 forum to get notified when the Moderator posts an update.

I lost my graph and historical graphs 3 days ago to. I’m on IOS and have done all the rebooting of app, phone, watch, deleting and reloading app etc. my husband still has his info so this seems very random.
is there a fix coming soon?

Hello @RiekoC
Any update on the fix? It's been about 10 days now that the graphs are not showing.
I am using Versa Lite and iOS app, and facing same issue.
Thanks.

Hello @dved
I haven't seen any updates yet.
Most likely, the fix will be in an app update. Since you're using the iOS app, I suggest watching the iOS app forum (<-- click link). One of the Moderators will post on that forum when the app update starts rolling out.

Hi Rieko,
How is this going? I’m a Covid vaccine injured person who bought the charge 5 purely for its heart monitoring and not having the daily monitoring is really dangerous for me. Any timeline on the fix? Thanks 🙂
