My heart level notifications are on but I exceed high level and do not receive any notifications

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've been having this issue with your Charge 5, @errolpowwll.  

Let me know if you're having trouble to receive any other type of notifications or if this is happening only with the Heart rate notifications. In the meantime, please try turning the feature off and then back on to see if it works. 

If you continue to have the same problem, please try restarting your device using the charging able, instead of the restart option to the device's settings, and make sure the Do Not Disturb Mode and the Sleep Mode features are turned off, as these features prevent the device from vibrating and receiving notifications, reminders and goal celebrations.
