This watch is brand new, out of the box and I am unable to complete the update. It will sync after a few attempts, but I am not able to complete the update. I have restarted the watch and my phone several times, but the update keeps failing.

If you have zfold or zflip android 13 update your out of luck. Issue been happening since November

The watch was defective and started having a black screen issue. I since contacted customer support and they are sending a replacement due to it black screening and not turning on.
