Heart rate and track exercise

It shows on dashboard the resting heart, but clicking on it, will just show a circle going round.

Same goes for tracking exercise. This been going on for 2 days.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they're shared some instructions with you. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
