My Charge 5 will stopped measuring heart rate.   Tried the following with no success:

 

1.   Turned heart rate tracking off and on on the fitbit

2.   Restarted my Charge 5

3.   Tightened the band and tried other wrist

4.   Updated App

5.   Cleaned sensors

6.   Factory reset

 

A bit frustrating as i have only had this one for 2 months.   Any help is appreciated.

I have the same issue. My Charge 5 is not recording heart rate. It also doesn't track sleep even though I have it set to the most sensitive setting. I have given up on it and started using my old Charge 4 again. I find it annoying that there doesn't seem to be an easy way to contact Fitbit about the issue. I will spread the word myself among my own friends that the Charge 5 does not work well.
