Heart rate zone doesn’t match recorded bpm (HR)

Can anyone help me get this fixed, it recorded my heart rate going above light but shows it as 100% light. This is new. Wasn’t a problem historically:

Guess it’s time I finally buy the Apple Watch and replace my Fitbit

I know there have been several issues on the Fitbit side that impacted multiple features.

According to recent Moderator posts, an app update will be rolling out for both Android and iOS users. Some users have mentioned that they have gotten the app update. It might be worth seeing if you still have the heart rate zone issue after installing the latest Fitbit app version, 4.27.1.
