Brand new to the charge 5, and have noticed that it will not detect a heartbeat on my non-dominant wrist but will with my dominant hand/wrist. I do have a tattoo that the sensors sit on on my non-dominant wrist. Could this be the reason?? Anyone else have this issue??? Thanks!!!

Hello @Meezmarz 

 

Yes, tattoos can be a problem with the heart rate sensors on the Charge 5.  Quite a lot of people have said about it.  It's lucky that you can still use it on your other wrist though!
