Help - my active zone minutes aren't being captured properly!

Hey, would appreciate any tips / tricks on what to do and how to get my FitBit and app to reflect the correct zone minutes.  It is somehow accurate on my web-based dashboard but nowhere else.  Thank you!

See What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?

I expect your Fitbit and phone app actually are reflecting your Zone minutes correctly.  Fitbit used to measure 'Active Minutes' which generally were easier to earn, but switched to '(Active) Zone Minutes' a few years ago. Among other differences, Zone Minutes take into account your resting heart rate, and give more credit for higher intensity activity.  The web dashboard never got changed to reflect this change and still shows the previous 'Active Minutes'.

Hi! I worked out for 76 minutes today and my heart rate was definitely not in the resting state.  Also, up until a couple of days ago, my device and phone were capturing the correct zone minutes, not sure what happened...

Tap the Zone Minutes circle on phone app to see what your target heart rates are for the zones.  You just have to see if you are reaching these zones in your workouts.  If you got workout summary for today's workout, you can look at heart rate chart to see.

Hi.   I had problems with that, and then also my device not counting steps.   Go to the menu, device settings, restart device  (you don't lose data).  I find I have to do that about once a month, and frequently have to restart device, pair and unpair, for it to synch.    Although this is a nice-looking tracker, it's more of a lemon than a great buy!!!   But we work with what we have.  Breathe in, breathe out....   lol
