Hourly Activity Steps - Stopped vibrating when finished.

Hi. This is very strange. Every hour I get a vibrating reminder that it is time to move by walking 250 steps. At the end of the 250 steps the Charge 5 used to vibrate again, so I would know I can sit again. But since yesterday that it does not vibrate at the end (it keeps vibrating to remind me to move at the beggining). It is very annoying since I have to keep looking to know if I already did the 250 steps or not.

DND, Sleep and Exercise modes are all off.

I have already restarted the Charge 5.

Any ideas?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Zhurk

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the reminders to move and for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.

Since you already tried the restart and you've checked the Do No Disturb mode is off, please try to turn this feature off on the Fitbit app and then turn it back on to refresh the performance:

  1. On the Today tab

, tap the hourly activity tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon > turn Reminders to Move on or off.

Don't forget to sync your device after any changes you make, in order to save those changes.

I'll be around.
