Hello, I have a brand new Charge 5 bracelet.
The day I received it, I managed to set up all the notifications and everything was working.
The next day, I started receiving the notifications very late, then finally not at all.
Since then, when I return to the app, I have the following message: The notification service is not working. It is necessary to restart the phone to re-enable notifications on your tracking device.
I restarted my phone, several times. I even reset my phone since I had other issues that I thought were related. When I reconnected the phone to the bracelet it said it was ok then 15 minutes after the error message reappeared. I also restarted the bracelet, I carried out all the steps of the help read on the Internet, without result. What can I do to make it work again?
