Notifications, there is no text Charge 5

Hi all I can get all the notifications I need on my fit but when it comes up I have a WhatsApp there is no text just I have a message is this normal for WhatsApp can anyone help please

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5.  

Before considering other options, could you please provide a few extra details? Let me know if you mean there's a Whatsapp notification that you're not able to delete or remove from the watch. 

In the meantime, keep in mind the Charge 5 stores up to 10 notifications, after which the oldest are replaced as you receive new ones. You can manage notifications in the Notifications app as well: 

• Swipe up to scroll through your notifications, and tap any notification to expand it.
• To delete a notification, tap to expand it, then swipe to the bottom and tap Clear.
• To delete all notifications at once, swipe up until you reach the end of your notifications and tap Clear All.
• To exit the notifications screen, swipe right.

HI. The fitbit says I have a WhatsApp message but there is no text . The only way to read it is by the phone . Thanks

@Kevgood64 Thank you for your reply and for sharing this update. 

Keep in mind that your device only shows the first 40 characters of the notification, but you need to check your phone for the full message. However, if you're not able to see the preview of the message, make sure to try the 3 pulse restart method described here below as well: 

1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
