Is it possible to track a Charge 5 which is dead

Hello @AleksFF and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but that's not possible.  It must have power to emit a Bluetooth signal.  If you have power and your Fitbit can sync, it is within about 30 ft or so.  There are Bluetooth finder apps that can help, but it must have power.
