How can I return my faulty Fitbit, Ive tried calling the helpline but they are not taking calls at the moment and I have emailed but they haven't responded.

Talahthas Thank you for your reply, fitbit support are still not answering the phone and I emaied 11 days ago, still no reply. I will try again.
