My spouse is already logged on with her Gmail id on her Fitbit application on her iPhone 15, as a Premium user. She unfortunately is getting a rash with the device and thus I decided to use the device with my Gmail id (another id) on my iPhone 14. I am unable to create a family account as advised. What is the way out?

Hello @Rajiv22 and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry, but two people can't share the same device. If you are going to use it, she needs to clear her user data. remove it from her account and remove it from her phone's list of Bluetooth devices. Then you can set it up and use it on your account. You can download the Charge 5 manual from this site for the directions to clear her user data.
I'm not sure where you got the advice to set up a Family Account. A Family Account is for families with children (who aren't old enough to have their own accounts).
