My Charge 5 screen stopped working last week, but the device still syncs with my phone. I've worked with customer service to get the screen to work again, but nothing has restored it. I've had the device for 18 months so it is beyond the 12 month US warranty period. The device contains sensitive information (payment info). How do I wipe data from the device without a working screen? I just want to safely dispose of it.

Hi @_average_joe_ if it was me, I'd actually remove the device from my account, thus severing the payment info. You might be able to recycle the band or charger - Best Buy takes those. The pebble, I'd probably destroy best I could, but to be sure, I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to address with with you. It's good you're careful with your information as I know a few in my family are a bit more than loose with theirs!
