Hi, @NPiltz , welcome, It sounds as if you are not syncing your Charge 5, you may be interested in these articles How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? I suggest you also visit your online dashboard > settings>personal info>swipe down to "Time Zone" to check you are using the correct zone. Once it is set as you prefer return to the dashboard page and sync your charge 5. If this fails to resolve the problem please post here again with details of what you have tried and confirm your phone is showing the correct time.
