How long is the warranty? I got my fitbit more than two years ago, and since this morning the screen is not working. There's no way to substitute it, I guess

Hi, @Lupi welcome to the community, Fitbit's return and warranty policy spells out their obligations. Two years is the maximum regardless of where you bought it & in many places one year. Factors that affect it are where you are, when you bought it and who you bought it from. Note accidental damage is excluded. You could try customer support via the help screens in your Fitbit app. Touch your icon in the top right corner of the "Today" screen>help>help center>swipe up to the bottom >contact us. Make a note of when you bought it, where you are & who sold it to you before calling so you can brief the agent clearly.
