Mine hasn't come yet, and it's been a few weeks. Has anybody seen their replacements show up who qualified to receive them? Just curious?

In-warranty replacement?
I got one in late September, another should come tomorrow (first replacement had issues with full lockup/blank screen).
For both of those I went through customer service, one by phone, the latest by IM/chat. Turnaround was quite fast once they agreed it was covered, in both cases. I got the email asking for device color and address the next day, shipping notice very fast.

I contacted the chat, spent about 1.5 hours with the representative before she honored the warranty and said I qualified for a replacement. I filled out the form, and I got an email telling me that they'd send an email with a shipping confirmation. That was on September 19. Only crickets since.

Open a new chat session, provide the rep the replacement request ID.
The email you got after filling in the form should have been titled something like: Replacement request received [#00000000]
The "#00000000" part is your replacement request number, what they need to check on.

I tried this. They bounced me to RMA people. The RMA people said they needed an RMA number and that the fitbit replacement number is just a case number and not an RMA number. They bounced me back to support. Support said that since nobody gave me an RMA they have to look into it. The saga continues.

She was nice and said that I would definitely receive a replacement.

So update for October 25. Still no replacement. Still no RMA. Still no word that the people at the top of the fitbit food chain have figured out why the customer service person didn't give me an RMA. Not holding my breath that fitbit will ever honor the warranty and send the replacement that I ordered.
