How do I know when I started my Fitbit. Just today at 11:34am it stopped working, last sync shows 51% battery.  I tried to charge but still no life.  I believe my tracker charge 5 is under warranty.

Fitbit has the record of when you first set it up if you contact help.

Thank you I did and also found the bill of sale.  10 months old and failed
