Can anyone point me in the right direction, i have a fitbit charge 5 which is now showing "black screen" i have tried all the steps ans still not working, but I wanna contact them but this now seems very hard a couple of years ago I could have a live chat with their costumers service and they was great but now I can't contact anyone at all and it's so frustrating
