Mine no longer works, I made a post last month about how it slowly died, and now its not working at all. I have tried every troubleshooting suggested, switch the clock, reset via app and the button, but I think the screen is dead. anyways its useless and I was wondering how I could exchange or return it.

@jonmcd46 Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to check your options:
