How to remove Payment app?

I was able to remove the EDA app, nice.

 

Now, how do I remove the Payment app?

 

Or perhaps reorder the apps so that I can move it to a less prominent position?

 

Also, the Payment app is up in the Settings area, it really should be in the Apps area (with Notifications, Exercise, Timer, etc).

I will never use the Payments app.  I also want to delete it or make it less prominent.
