My Charge 5 does not auto sync in the background. How do I turn that on? I saw a notification at some point on my iPhone SE to turn it on, but as cell phones are new to me, I couldn't figure out how to click on it to follow the instructions. Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be turned on?

Hey! There’s no feature for this but I use an app called power sync and it works. You have to do it daily manually or purchase it otherwise

Welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @sunnyphxgirl.
Thank you for sharing your inquiry about syncing your information with the app.
The All Day Sync option has been removed from the Fitbit app to ensure the connection between your Fitbit device and the Fitbit app, as well as the performance of certain apps and features.
On the other hand, I also encourage you to vote for this idea in the Product Feedback board of the community. This is the right place to make your voice heard and get the attention of our developers.
Keep in mind that data automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day. Each time you open the Fitbit app, your device syncs automatically when it's nearby.
