How to stop ‘add card’ notification on Charge 5

I see this has been raised several time -  on the charge 5 it continually get the ‘Add Card’  every 30 seconds to a minute and it is very annoying (as I don’t want to) and I thus don’t want the reminder- can someone please tell me how to stop it  - it started in Feb 2024 just after the battery refused to hold its charge for more than a few days.  Many thanks

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the notifications you receive to add a card on your Charge 5.

I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.

How about sharing that solution with the rest of us? The "Add Card" notification has been a problem on the Charge 5 for nearly a year, and as far as I know there is no known solution or workaround. My watch is unusable at this point since I can't get it to stop that repeating notification, which drains the battery in about an hour.
