How to sync my Charge 5 and phone. 

I've tried restarting etc

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @GillianE2707. 

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5. 

 You can usually sync your device using the mobile app for Android, for iOS and using a computer. You can find all the instructions to sync your data in this article. Keep in mind that you need to sync through the Fitbit app  and not through the Bluetooth settings on your phone. 

Let me know if you're having any specific problem to sync your data as well. In the meantime, make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
