Sorry, but 2 questions.

Can I read emails on my new charge 5, not just receive a notification that I’ve received one?

can I receive both messages and WhatsApp messages on the charge 5?

I appreciate you letting me know about this situation in regards to the notifications with email, SMS and Whatsapp in your Charge 5.

I can confirm you contacted support yesterday and they were able to help you with this, please, contacted them once again if you have any other question or concern, thanks for your patience!

Hi, thank you for trying to help sort out this problem but the Fitbit still isn’t working properly. I am getting some notifications but not all are coming through. I am going to return the Fitbit and request a refund.
