I've returned my broken Charge 5 but struggling to get through replacement posted?

Hi guys,

My Fitbit charge 5 died a few weeks ago and Fitbit said to return it and they would send a replacement in 0 to 2 days.

The tracking shows that it arrived at the warehouse almost a week ago.

I'm still yet to receive any communication regarding my replacement and live chat isn't getting anywhere, they're just saying there's no confirmation from the warehouse yet, despite the tracking showing it's there.

Has anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve it? I can't wait endlessly without a watch and the replacement should have been posted days ago.

Thanks

Hi @Amyatron  from other posts on the forum, there is a certain procedure that takes place once your return is received at the warehouse. They have to be sure all the requested pieces were returned and that the replacement is available in the color you wanted. Once this has been established, they will contact you. I'm not sure how many devices are returned or in stock there, but they will contact you. If not, keep reaching out to them with your case number.

Hello,

How long does this usually take on average?

Thanks

@Amyatronit's hard to say. Depends on available stock and workers, not to mention the delivery method used. I know US mail has taken much longer these days.
