I wear charge 5 on my non dominant hand and I wear above my fist as recommended by fitbit. My charge 5 measures HR accurately only when the arm is lowered otherwise it would be inaccurate. Also it measures the sleep cycle in accurately. After I wakeup and don't get up from bed, it thinks I slept until I synced the device with my fitbit mobile app. I understand these calculations are very hard to make using a wrist based device, but I am just saying what I observed.

Hello @anvesh.raavi
Thank you for sharing your observations. I'm curious as to how you determined that your HR is only accurate on your Charge 5 when your arm is lowered.
Regarding sleep cycle, it's true that your Fitbit will continue to track your state as asleep even though you are awake, but still lying in bed. I believe this is true for any health tracker that use sensors on your wrist to track sleep. To get an accurate sense of your sleep cycles, you would need to use an EKG device like those used in sleep studies.
If you wish to have a more accurate sleep log, you do have the option to edit your awake time in the Fitbit app to reflect when you actually woke up. If you make an edit, it may take a couple of hours for your sleep log and score to update in the app.
