I have a Charge 5

Today I managed 13000 steps so far. But …. 10000 of them were while I was traveling on a minibus! Ok, so it was a bumpy ride, but on both the outward and return journeys, I managed 10000 steps just by sitting on a minibus for about 3 hours. 
that can’t be right!!

how can I get a bit more accuracy?

Following.  Had problems with my Charge 5 giving inaccurate mileage and per mile time so returned it.  Am interested in what new info may be supplied.

Hello @fatandflabby 

 

I'm sorry to hear about your problem.  One way get rid of the extra steps is to log Driving as an activity during that time period.  If you go into the App on your phone, tap Exercise, then the Stopwatch icon in the top right of the screen, it will allow you to choose Driving by typing it into the Search Box, then select the Start time and duration.

Update

i also manage to get a few extra steps while attending samba band! I can easily do 5000 steps just by hitting a drum for 2 hours! Lol
