Hi, hope someone can help, I LOVE everything about my Fitbit charge 5 apart from the fact that notifications can be inconsistent and not always work! Does this happen to anyone else and is there an update for this - my alarm is also inconsistent, maybe it’s a fault with my Fitbit 🤷‍:female_sign:

I have also noticed this issue! With all kinds of notifications, emails, calls, texts… I’ll have been on the phone for a few minutes and then my Fitbit would buzz to say I have an active call. Notifications on my phone and Fitbit come at differing times. I saw that an update just came out last night which I’m hoping fixes this issue but I currently can’t even get my device to turn on at the moment so I’m having to get that issue resolved first.
