Why does my iPhone keep disconnecting from my Charge 5 Canada?

The problem is my account is not supposed to be a Developer settings account. I am not a developer account and do not have any idea why it is unable to be a normal Canada account I have no interest in Fitbit developer services for any country. I am in Canada a retired Canadian so how I am registered to be a developer is a total mystery to me . I never signed up to be a developer I have no skills to answer anyone questions so if you know how to remove the Developer status let remove the account and put it in normal Fitbit home services please tell me you can do just that

Thank you for sharing this information about what you're been experiencing with your Charge 5. 

Before considering other options, could you please provide a few more details? Let me know if you're receiging any specific error message or if you're referring to the Bluetooth connection with your phone and not to the internet connection.

Could you please provide a few more details? Let me know why you say that you have a developers account. Are you referring to the Fitbit app? If possible, could you share any screenshots of what you're seeing here as well?
