Has charge 5 been launched in India and is it available for purchase

@Stevan3 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for your interest in Charge 5. 

Fitbit Charge 5 will be available in stores by the end of September. You can already purchase it directly from the Fitbit Store here.

Thank you. One more question ,it says ECG app it says coming soon does this mean it is yet to rolled out in India

The ECG app isn't yet available on the Charge 5. As soon as it's released, it will be available in India as described here.
