Loss of immediate view of time

Hi there, when flicking my wrist time no longer shows.  Can anyone help please?  Many thanks.

Hi, @lmacr01 , this is available in the settings menu on your Charge 5.  From the clock screen swipe up until you come to settings.  Tap to open and then tap on “display settings”.  Tap to open.  Swipe up to find “screen wake” and tap to choose “auto”.  Auto is the setting you need to set the screen wake so that it happens when you flick your wrist.

As you mention that this used to work for you, you probably know that it can be just a little tricky to get the motion right.  You need to give it a lift and then a quick flick, so if it is not working for you and the setting is correct (auto) then it is worth practicing just a bit to get the movement right - lift and flick!

Thanks for getting back to me. Have tried and got as far as screen wake auto but it is greyed out so nothing happens when I tap on it?
