I have an iphone/Charge5.

have used with no issue collecting full data since June.  For around a month the app would show total steps for the say, but no breakdown.

Tried all the things.  Deleted and reinstalled the app.  Zero historical data either on the app or desktop site.  Not happy at all.

You are talking about 2 totally different issues.

That's an issue with the IOS app that has long and many, many times been reported and is being worked on.

When historical data seems to be gone, it usually means that you logged out of your fitbit account and, instead of logging back into the same account, you created a new account with a different fitbit id/email.  In that case, your historical data would still be in the fitbit database under your original fitbit id/email.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
