Lost all back data

Just moved my account over to google, and lost all my back data

Hello @Grjensen75 

It sounds like you created a new Fitbit account instead of migrating your account to Google.

This isn't something that we can help with. You should contact Support (<-- click link) and see if they can help you get your account straighten out.

Looks like from the reports on support when you move over you lose all your data. 🤨

I migrated my Fitbit account to my Google account last year (2023) and still can see all my historical Fitbit data from previous years.
