Lost my Charge 5 jumping into the river. About 20 ft deep. Any advice finding or replacing it?

Hi @BVErickson  it's probably too hard to find anything lost in a river. I know Fitbit would consider this something beyond the scope of a warranty. If you paid with a credit card, check with that company and see if the bank has a warranty or insurance on that Charge 5. Sometimes they do help with replacing these items.

My advice is to buy something with a real strap if you are going to use it in a river, lake or the ocean. The fitbit strap is nowhere near substantial enough for that.
