Mapping of exercises

I cannot see the mapping of the walking I’m doing. Is this one normal?

Hi, @Sylwia0109, welcome, to get a map of your walk you need to start the exercise through the exercise settings on your Charge 5 (If you use the auto-recognize feature the GPS does not engage). It will be wise to review your GPS settings on your Charge 5 How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center provides guidance & advice. In my experience using your phone's GPS produces the best results, it has a bigger battery reserve and antenna.

This feature, according to Jose at customer service today, via chat, has been removed by developers. I am beyond furious that they would REMOVE A FEATURE that people use on a regular basis. Absolutely ridiculous.
