Having multiple issues with my Charge 5 which will become a CAT TOY as soon as I find another tracker from another company. Battery won't charge, drains quickly when it does and I have to practically beat on it to wake up since the first week despite setting changes. I'm disappointed with the lack of support from Fitbit and the hoops they've made me jump through for nothing, especially since all the hoops didn't help. I feel like Fitbit is wasting time and stalling to avoid replacing under their warranty. I had a 2 that last more than 5 years without a problem so clearly whatever upgrades Fitbit made weren't for the consumer. This is the worst tracker ever!
