Absolutely loved the Charge 5, specifically the design and easy read in bright sunshine outside. But the Bluetooth/syncing constantly going down was a real hassle. Did virtually all the troubleshooting steps without any resolution. As a result my Charge 5 is headed back to Fitbit. Not a result I wanted but moving on … with my Garmin Forerunner 245 that doesn’t have the app elegance or nice looks of the Charge but simply works.
