My Charge 5 has stoped working, it's completely Dead. The last time it worked was on yesterday morning (6 Feb 23), until around 12 pm when it showed the battery drained to 15% after being charged that morning to 100%. I did do the firmware update on 01 Feb 23, bc I forgot to do it before. Anyway, the watch is completely Dead and it no longer charge at all.

my Charge 5 has been in the fritz since 2/6 at around 8am est. tried hard reset repeatedly. on/off with bluetooth..finaly “forgot” device—have a charge 2 that has worked fine throughout. now with a charge the charge 5 is showing a white “x” in a red circle…what is up? what can i do? is device done.

Best AnswerI have tried all of those things. The Charge 5 is dead….I’m using my old Charge 2 now and with its limitations that’s fine. I’ve had this Charge 5 for about a year and loved it. Went out for my morning walk on 10/6 and all was a well. Buy the time I got back all hell had broken loose. I’m a long time Fitbit owner. This is very frustrating. Should I send it back to you to look at? rcw49
